Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, available items will ship first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. So don’t worry if your order arrives in separate packages — the rest will follow shortly after.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and SMS if you provided your number) with your tracking ID and a direct link to track your package.
