Do you accept returns for an exchange?

Yes, we do. At Divauss, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item isn’t the right fit or you’d prefer another color or style, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order and request either an exchange or a refund.

We always encourage our customers to review the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order to ensure the perfect choice — but rest assured, if something isn’t right, we’ll be here to make it right.

Do you accept order cancellations?

We understand that sometimes plans change. Customers may request an order cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order.

Please note, however, that our fulfillment team processes orders quickly. If your order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@divauss.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll be happy to process the cancellation for you.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund request:

  • The item must be purchased directly from our store.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the package.

For damaged products or items different from your order, please email our support team at info@divauss.com and include:

  • Reason for refund

  • Clear photo/video of the product received

  • Your order number

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 24 hours. If verified, we’ll reship the correct product free of charge.
